The lodging agreement takes action as soon as rooms are booked and agreed to be provided, or if there was no time for voicing agreement, have been provided.

With the closing of the contract both partners are obliged to fulfil the contract no matter the duration agreed.

The hotelier is obliged to pay compensation if he failed to provide the room.

You are not freed according to law of the obligation to pay the fee for lodging if you have been unable to arrive at the hotel because of work- or family-related reasons. We will reserve the right to keep the worth of the expenditures and, should the occasion arise revenues from renting the room you booked to others, for ourselves.

It is possible to cancel the booking up until one day prior to your arrival at 12 am. After that we will charge you 80 percent of the agreed price. If you fail to arrive we will charge the whole price.

You can pay in cash (Euros), by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by Eurocheque Card (EC-Cash).

General Information

The hotel rooms will be on hand from 2 pm at the day of arrival to 10 am at the day of departure. Thank you for your understanding.

Dogs are allowed in the rooms as well as in the restaurant. Due to sanitary reasons, animals are not allowed into the breakfast room.
